In the last 3 years Intermountain Supplements has moved 3 times to accommodate growth. We have just purchased over 110,000 square foot facility on 40 acres so we will not have to move again, but expand onto our existing building.

Our growth can be awarded to meeting 3 simple needs:

Customer Service – Customer service is not always the best in this industry, and getting a hold of someone when you want to buy product or get a quote to buy product can be very frustrating. Getting someone to call you back when you have already placed an order, call-backs take too long, or no one is answering to tell you why your product has not arrived are all too common scenarios. We hear this and more all the time. We at Intermountain put our cell phone numbers on our business cards along with the office, so you can call and text message. We create open communication between our customers and our sales agents.
  1. Turnaround Time – Our turnaround time is 4 weeks even on custom products. That is 2-3 times faster than other factories out there. We are getting more and more people that had 6, 8, and even 12 week turnaround times compared to the Intermountain 4 week turn. This is helping our customer’s cash flow tremendously.
  1. Meeting Label Claims- Meeting label claims seems simple and like a no-brainer, but it is not. Many in this industry have tried to make a couple extra dollars by compromising quality and not putting the appropriate ingredients in the product. At Intermountain everything is 3rd party tested. When the raw material comes in it is 3rdparty tested. Then, once the product is manufactured it is once again 3rd party tested. That means all the COA come from another company to hold us accountable and provides you with the product that you expected.
